We have student homes from 3 bed through to 8 bed. This area is a real student community and is handy for both the train and bus stations as well as being very close to all the shopping, restaurants and nightlife in the city. The student's union and the main teaching site in New Elvet are approximately 10 mins walk away.
From the viaduct area, 5 mins walk up The Avenue you will find Nevilles Cross - a pretty residential area with public footpaths to open countryside right next to it. Here we have our flagship development - a brand new purpose built site incorporating 5 x 6 bed town houses - specifically designed with students in mind.
Our other student houses in this area are particularly handy for the Business School and Library and Science Sites both of which are a 10 min walk down Potters Bank. Although very close to town, approx 1 mile in the opposite direction brings you to Langley Moor and all of the shopping and amenities it offers.

This is a 10 min walk in to town and has all the amenities you could want, as well as a 24 hour Tescos superstore. This is an established and very popular student area especially with Hild/Bede students. The nearby new retail park offers good opportunities for those students seeking part-time jobs.

Revolver
Every Saturday night at Dunelm House, spanning three rooms playing Indie and Alternative music. It's not just your average student Indie disco; over the past year DJ Matt Strobe has evolved his playlist to one of the freshest and and downright amazing soundscapes you will hear anywhere. A lot of Revolver's show is based around its award-winning visuals which fill the room with colour and motion.

Planet of Sound
Planet of Sound has been running for 10 years now and is Durham's biggest and longest running club night. Over the years, PoS has played host to top-class resident DJs playing the best in Dance, House, Electro, Hip Hop, Funk, Cheese and Rock, as well as world-class guest DJs which have included the likes of Judge Jules, Brandon Block, John Digweed, Public Domain, Graham Gold and many more.
